Take a look at one of our outdoor playground sets! It is certainly a thrill to see our playgrounds being installed this week! We are making good-paced progress on the outside of our building, focusing on installing pavings, roads, playgrounds, swimming pool accessories, and outdoor lights!
Inside the building, our vinyl team has begun work on the atriums and hallways, adding soft walkways and bursts of color that bring warmth and energy to our school! In addition, there are now three different interior teams working simultaneously. We have teams working on classroom furniture, office furniture, and school general furniture! Its exciting how everything is coming along together!
It’s truly exciting to see the campus take shape — each detail bringing us closer to welcoming our students to a beautiful, fully equipped learning environment.

As we step into the month of May, there is a renewed sense of excitement and momentum on campus. Each week, we welcome more skilled vendors who are helping bring the final stages of our school to life — from our logo and signage experts to those working on the auditorium, paving, lighting, and furnishings. Every detail is thoughtfully coming together, and it’s a joy to see the school’s vision take shape.
On the other hand, we have completed our hiring process and we have successfully passed the requirements to move forward as an International Baccalaureate (IB) candidate school — a significant milestone in our journey! We are pleased that things are going in our favor as we near our completion! We can’t wait for you to be part of it.

As we move closer to opening our doors, we are focusing on the inside of our school where progression continues to be made—particularly in key interior spaces such as our library and auditorium with our gymnasium to follow. These areas are taking shape beautifully and will soon be ready to support vibrant learning and community experiences.
Our hallways and common areas are currently being prepped for the installation LVT and vinyl flooring, creating a welcoming and durable environment for our students. Wall painting is also underway, bringing color and warmth to our learning spaces.
We’re building more than just a school—we’re creating a space where young minds will grow, explore, and thrive.

We're especially excited to announce that several key vendors have now officially begun work inside the building. These include installations for our elevators, luxury vinyl tiles, air conditioning systems, sanitary fixtures, partitions, glass-reinforced concrete, and aluminum composite panels. Their arrival marks a significant milestone, bringing us even closer to the finish line as our architectural and electrical teams begin to wrap up their tasks.
One of the highlights this month is the work on our state-of-the-art auditorium. Three specialized vendors are currently onsite, focusing on the bleachers and stage, ceiling installation, and sound and visual systems. They are working in harmony to meet our deadline, with interior finishing and soundproofing scheduled to begin by the end of the month.
Our focus has now shifted to the interior. We’ve already made great strides in completing classrooms on the first and second floors — and next week, we’re thrilled to begin bringing in tables and chairs to start setting up real learning spaces.
Every week, our building is transforming — not just into a school, but into a vibrant, inspiring second home for your child. We can’t wait to welcome you to a space designed for growth, creativity, and community.

We’re getting closer every day to welcoming your child into an amazing learning environment!
The school has been energized! Our school’s power house is now fully connected to PLN’s main power line, giving us complete control over our energy needs. This is a major milestone for us, as it means we can begin testing electricity, lighting, and all our electronic systems throughout the building – bringing us one step closer to opening our doors!
Outside, our building is taking shape beautifully. We’re making great strides with the painting of the school’s walls and the installation of our sleek aluminum composite panels. The lobby awning is up, and we’re just about ready to complete the roof over the drop-off and pick-up area, ensuring that your child stays dry and safe, rain or shine.
Inside, we’re focusing on the details that will make our school feel like your child’s second home. We're installing lighting and flooring throughout the hallways and classrooms, and we’ve partnered with top-tier interior manufacturers to bring our vision to life. This includes the lobby, school store, school café, library, and auditorium – all of which will be designed to inspire and engage.
In the next one to two weeks, we will slow the pace of construction in honor of the holy month of Ramadan. We are deeply committed to fostering a culture of inclusion and respect, honoring our workers’ beliefs as we continue to build not just a school, but a community rooted in acceptance, tolerance, and understanding.

Following up on our last update, we’re thrilled to share that we’ve made significant strides in our school’s development. Our soccer field, playground area, and swimming pool area have all completed the hardening process. We’re now just waiting for the hardener to fully set before our turf installers come in next week to start laying down the turf!
In terms of exterior work, the school’s painting is progressing well, despite some minor delays due to recent heavy rains. We’ve also made great headway with the installation of the frames and support structures for our aluminum composite panels, as shown in one of the photos below!
On the opposite side of the building, our metalwork team is installing an awning to provide protection for students during drop-off and pick-up. Meanwhile, our team is also hard at work installing the facade windows and preparing to put up the framework for the aluminum composite panels.
Inside our building, our ceilings have been painted, our functions rooms have been partitioned and pumps and filters for our school’s water line have been installed and will undergo commissioning testing in the upcoming weeks. We are meticulously checking all the water lines and its pressure to ensure that the school is leak-proof and that our water systems are installed correctly.
In addition, we are coming closer to energizing the whole school with our own power panels! All panels and systems have been set in place and we are now waiting for representatives from Perusahaan Listrik Negara to come and connect our school to the city’s power grid!

February 18 2025
Our exterior is taking shape as our painting contractors have begun applying the base coat, and over the next three to four weeks, depending on weather conditions, they will continue painting the building. You can also see in the photos that our PLN power house is nearing completion! This month, our MEP team will be connecting the school’s main power line, ensuring everything is up and running smoothly. Additionally, our backup generator has been delivered and installed, further securing the school’s emergency power supply. Next up, we’ll be hardening the soccer field and playground areas, followed by the installation of turf and flooring.
Inside the school, we’ve begun installing partitions in our back offices and teacher spaces, making the interior come together as designed. We’re also focusing on those final touches—painting the ceilings, installing railings, electrical sockets, light switches, and windows throughout the building!
A major highlight recently was our sound system demo for the school theater. We had the opportunity to hear from three different vendors, giving us a clearer picture of what the theater will sound like when complete. It’s an exciting step towards creating an exceptional space for performances and events!
We’re thrilled about how everything is coming together and can’t wait to welcome you and your child into our dynamic and purpose-built school building!

As we step into February, we’re making great strides in the construction of our new school building. Our team is currently clearing out debris and construction waste to prepare for the next phase—bringing the interior to life! We are preparing to level our floors, to install air-conditioning units, to install our vinyl floorings, and to install lights in the classrooms. We will begin installations starting next week. We will work starting from the second floor first! In addition, our gymnasium roofing have finally arrived and we are in the process of carefully installing them using heavy machineries.
Outside, we’re also making significant progress. Our building’s façade and walls are being prepped for painting next week, and our outdoor field and playground area are being reinforced with coarse layers to support the weight of our new play structures.

We’re thrilled to share the latest developments on the interior of our building! While much of our recent updates has highlighted the progress on the school’s exterior, it’s time to take you inside and show you how things are coming together.
Our Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) team has begun laying cables throughout the school and is conducting floor-by-floor partial tests to ensure everything is on track. Plumbing and water management systems are currently being installed, with a full water test scheduled by the end of the month.
Additionally, key electronic components, including the air-conditioning system, electrical panels, and pumps, have been delivered and are set for installation starting this week.
We’re excited to shift our focus inward as we bring the heart of the building to life. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to make progress on creating an exceptional learning environment for the upcoming academic year

Today marks 1 (one) year of progress on our construction journey! It is hard to believe that this land was empty exactly one year ago! We’re thrilled with the pace and quality of development, and it’s safe to say this has been one of the fastest-paced projects in the area.
As we approach the final stages of our facade and exterior walls, work on the interior will soon begin. Over the next 1-2 weeks, we’re expecting our vendors for flooring, vinyl, doors, lighting, and air conditioning to start their installations, bringing us even closer to the finish line.
